Epsilon Organic, Inc. ("Epsilon Organic," "we," "us") operates the website at epsilonorganic.com. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how it's handled.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly:
- Get Notified signup: your email address, so we can let you know when the full site launches.
- Affiliate interest form: your name, email address, and a social or website link, if you tell us you're interested in representing the brand.
- Checkout, once shopping is live: payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number. We do receive your name, email, shipping address, and the order details (what you bought, the amount, and a Stripe reference id) so we can fulfill the order and send a confirmation.
We do not currently use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics on this site. If that changes, this policy and the site's cookie notice will be updated first.
How we use it
- To notify you when we launch, if you signed up for that.
- To follow up on affiliate interest submissions.
- Once shopping is live, to process and fulfill orders and send transactional emails: order confirmations, shipping updates, and refund confirmations.
- Internally, to track signups and orders so nothing falls through the cracks.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Who we share information with
We use a small number of service providers to run this site, each only receives what it needs to do its job:
- Stripe, to process payments once shopping is live.
- Postmark, to send transactional emails.
- Airtable, to store signup and order records internally.
- Cloudflare, our hosting provider, which processes all site traffic.
- Our order fulfillment provider, which receives your name and shipping address to pack and ship your order, once shopping is live.
How long we keep it
We keep signup and order records for as long as reasonably needed for customer service and our own business records. You can request deletion at any time, see below.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within a reasonable time. If you're a California resident, you have specific rights under California law to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of it, we don't sell or share personal information, and you can reach us at the email above to exercise any of these rights regardless of where you live.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the date above.
