These terms govern your use of epsilonorganic.com and any purchase made through it, operated by Epsilon Organic, Inc. ("Epsilon Organic," "we," "us"), Austin, Texas. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and payment
Products are purchased directly through Stripe Checkout, our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number. Prices are as listed on the site at the time of your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
Subscriptions
We do not currently offer a subscription option. If we introduce one, the terms, price, billing frequency, and cancellation method will be clearly disclosed before you enroll, and this page will be updated to reflect it.
Returns and refunds
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or is lost in transit, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery (or, for a lost package, within 30 days of the estimated delivery date) with a photo and a brief description, and we'll replace it or refund it. Because our products are consumable, we can't guarantee a refund for a product simply opened and not liked, we'll review those requests case by case and do right by you where we can, but it isn't automatic the way a damaged or incorrect order is. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe and typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Product claims
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results and experiences described in testimonials vary and are not guarantees of outcome.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site: no attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or interfere with other visitors' use of it.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, text, images, and branding, is owned by Epsilon Organic, Inc. or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our consent.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epsilon Organic, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products, beyond the purchase price paid.
Dispute resolution and arbitration
You and Epsilon Organic agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting [email protected]. If it isn't resolved within 30 days, you and Epsilon Organic agree that any remaining dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, not as part of a class action, administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these terms, stating that you opt out.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
